We offer detailed descriptions of each fabric on our product pages, including information about texture, weight, and best use (casual, formal, festive). If you need personalized assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to help.
3. Do you offer customization or stitching services?
At the moment, we offer unstitched and semi-stitched suits, kurtis, and fabrics that you can tailor to your size and style. However, we do not provide in-house stitching services. You can take the fabric to your preferred tailor for custom fitting.
4. What sizes do your ready-made suits and kurtis come in?
Our ready-made suits and kurtis are available in standard sizes ranging from XS to XXL. Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the right fit. If you’re unsure, please check our sizing chart for measurements or contact us for further assistance.
5. How do I care for the fabrics I purchase?
Care instructions vary based on the fabric type. You will find fabric-specific care guidelines on each product page, but general guidelines are:

Cotton & Linen: Machine wash in cold water, gentle cycle, or hand wash.

Silk & Chiffon: Dry clean only.

Georgette & Rayon: Hand wash in cold water, avoid wringing. For detailed care, please refer to the label inside your clothing item or the product page.

6. What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. For more details, please refer to our Exchange Policy section.
7. Can I return items for a refund?
We do not offer refunds. However, you can exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our support team for any issues with damaged or incorrect items received.
8. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.
