We ship products to all majorly served regions in India. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange period: You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for exchange: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at thechinarhandworks@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Non-exchangeable items: Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" cannot be exchanged.

Shipping costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item for exchange.
